Garden-loving residents are invited to join this exclusive Garden District Association club, Joueurs de Jardin. Joueurs de Jardin promises a little fun while learning about what makes our gardens grow. Throughout the year, four gatherings will be held at homes boasting some of the areas’ best gardens. Greeted by wine and nibbles, club members will enjoy tours of the garden followed by a short presentation by experts and master gardeners on topics any true gardener will find enlightening. In addition, three hands-on workshops will be offered to help the do-it-yourselfers. Check out the tentative schedule below and join us to play in the garden.

Details:

  • Singles welcome; couples encouraged
  • Gatherings will be from 5:30 til 7:00pm on Wednesdays
  • Open only to Garden District members
  • Enrollment is limited
  • Membership must be renewed annually
  • $50 per person or $80 per couple membership fee for four gatherings. An extra fee will be assessed for workshop & supplies
