Battery Reported on Jackson and St. Charles

At approximately 5:30am on while conducting routine patrol, Sgt. Crump of GDSD patrol noticed a black female, age 35-42, attire: long blue dress; near the intersection of Prytania and First. The unknown black female was crying, when questioned she stated she was violated. Sgt. Crump noticed that the victims clothing was torn, and half her dress wasn’t on properly. The victim added that she stabbed the subject that violated her near the intersection of Jackson and St.Charles. After dropping off the victim at Touro hospital, Sgt. Crump headed to Jackson and St.Charles were he observed blood splatter on the sidewalk. NOPD was notified. Touro stated that victim is a known mental patient.
