Membership Categories

The Association has several categories of membership.  While all dues are are voluntary and appreciated, the suggested categories are as follows:

  • Sponsor Member: $500 per year. For larger homes and /or owners interested in supporting the Association at a higher level.
  • Sustaining Member: $250 per year. For single family homes and businesses.
  • General Member: $100 per year. For double/duplex (per unit) apartment, condominiums and small businesses.
  • Apartment or Condominium Buildings: Rate to be determined based on size and number of occupants. Please contact the GDA office at (504) 525-7608.
