Celebrate Halloween with Trick or Treat Under the Oaks!
Trick-or-Treat a designated route through the Garden District, 5:30 p.m. till 7 p.m.
A catered Family Party and Costume Contest at 2707 Coliseum Street, 7 p.m. till 9 p.m.
