A request for a spot zoning at First and Magazine has been made by Molly’s Rise and Shine. A meeting will be held  by the applicants on February 19  at 6:30  at the restaurant to receive comments. The Garden District Association will be represented at this meeting and future developments will be shared with the neighborhood.
