Theft and Assault at Fresh Market / Porch Furniture Stolen

On Wednesday June 22th, 2016 at approximately 10:23 am a GDSD Officer arrived at 3202 Camp St in reference to a signal-67 (theft) that occurred on 6-21-16 at or around 8:00 pm. According to victims, they noticed that their porch furniture (two chairs) had been stolen while they were on vacation, along with damage to a bug zapper that was mounted to the wall. Footage provided by his security cameras showed two white males, one wearing no shirt, and blue skinny jeans; the second suspect attire is unknown. The video shows the suspects enter the yard walk to the porch and grab the chairs and flee south on Camp: they then meet a third perpetrator a unknown white male, at the intersection of Camp and Pleasant . Video was submitted to dispatch. Nothing else follows

On Wednesday, June 22th, 2016 at approximately 9:18 am the GDSD patrol received a call from the manager at Fresh Market grocery store. According to the manger, an unknown Blk male 5’10 heavy build, 25-35 years of age, wearing Blk shirt and Blk pants, and a Blk hat. The suspect was accompanied by a Blk female,5’6, green shirt, blue pants, carrying a infant. The unknown Blk male was seen by an employee taking several boxes of Crown Royal off the shelves and placing them in his black bag.The manager added that when the suspect exited the elevator he approached the suspects and confronted them about the theft. The unknown Blk male became combative and shoved the manager; he then fled out of the store accompanied by the unknown female. The suspect dropped the bag containing the stolen liquor during the confrontation with the store manager; all items were recovered. The manager sustained no injuries from the encounter.
