Calling All Benefactors

Our 2016 Fall Affair Co-chairs, Beth and Bobby Hassinger and Patti and Tommy Jahncke have planned a lovely evening at Commander’s Palace, beginning with cocktails and music on the patio, followed by an elaborate dinner inside. The event is scheduled for Sunday, September 18. Our deadline for the printing of the formal invitation highlighting the evening’s activities and our Benefactors is August 1.

Your completed form will assist us in correctly placing your names on the invitation and the evening’s program.
