REMINDER: Meeting Tonight

A message from City of New Orleans Department of Public Works The City of New Orleans, Department of Public Works in conjunction with the Sewerage and Water Board will soon begin repairing roads and infrastructure along Jackson Avenue from Galvez to Tchoupitoulas. A pre-construction meeting will be held tonight, Thursday, April 7 at 6pm at St. Thomas Baptist Missionary Church, 2926 Jackson Avenue. Your attendance is encouraged. Construction is scheduled to begin in early April and will last through spring of 2017. The portion of the work between Claiborne and Tchoupitoulas will not begin until late summer of 2016. Generally construction crews will work from 7:00 am to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. The GDA will pass along more information as it is received.
